About Brandon Roché

Brandon Roché is a Denver, CO based immigration attorney with deep experience helping individuals and their families navigate the complicated U.S. immigration system. Roché Immigration utilizes technology to work virtually with clients all over the world.

He has served as a Clinical Supervising Attorney with the University of Houston Law Center Immigration Clinic and a Senior Staff Attorney with the American Bar Association’s Children’s Immigration Law Academy (CILA). With CILA, he taught and provided technical assistance on children’s immigration law to attorneys throughout the U.S. Prior to that role, Brandon was a Supervising Attorney for Catholic Charities of Houston’s Cabrini Center for Immigrant Legal Assistance. In that capacity, he helped to build and oversee a team of attorneys offering free legal representation to hundreds of Unaccompanied Minors in the Houston area.

 

Brandon received his B.A. from Georgetown University in 2002 and his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2008. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and Washington, D.C. and authorized by the Executive Office of Immigration Review to practice immigration law before immigration courts anywhere in the United States. Between undergraduate and law school, he served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras from 2003-2005 which left him with a thick Honduran accent in Spanish and a passion for helping others.
